Agent status does not appear in stats agent

Agent status does not appear in stats agent

Hello community I have a question, in my vicidial in report realtime I wached that agent 2381 had DEAD status in 2 moments with 25 minutes beetwen 10AM and 11AM I check the status in the stats reports but this not here.

I search in DB vicidial_agent_log but this status don't is register.

Why did happen this?

I check the status in the stats reports but this not here.


It sounds like you were expecting "DEAD" to appear in the logs. DEAD isn't really an agent/lead status that gets logged any more than READY is.

"DEAD" is simply the agent still being in TALK status after the customer has hung up the call and before the agent clicks on the Hangup Customer button. You can find the details on this in the User Stats page.

Hello community.

Thank you very much for your answers.

I will have more care, when post in the forum.

The problem was of the agent not hang up the call (duration 30 minutes), the lead re-call same moment when agent was in call and this provocate DEAD in realtime dashboar.
