Predictive Not Working

Postby Ikram_Ali » Sun Apr 24, 2022 12:27 am

Hi,
I copied the DB from A Vicidial to B Vicidial server, everything looks great but Predictive Dialing not working. I googled a lot but no luck, even in asterisk cli there is nothing.

When I choose Manual as Dialing Method, it's working, even Inbound and Manual outbound also working fine but predictive not.

When you move the DB there are some concerns:

Does the cron user have permissions on the new db server to make requests from all the dialers and web servers IP addresses? Easily verified from the CLI of each server. Same concept for the custom user (for Custom Fields in lists, since this user must have the ability to create/drop/edit tables).

Did you shut down the original DB server? Or just move the DB?

Are the screens still running on all dialers? Especially the screens that Must be on One (and only one) server?
