Realtime stats not updating under 'Real-Time Main Report.'

Hi,

Realtime stats not updating under 'Real-Time Main Report' page (Reports > Real-Time Main Report).

It is just showing 0 for 'Calls Today' and for other realtime parameters. Agents' stats also not updating, it is showing since server came into production (~2 days ago).

CALLS TODAY: 0
DROPPED/ANSWERED: 0.000/0
DROPPED PERCENT: 0.00%

While Agent Time Detail report coming fine.

Below are the configuration details of our server.

Installation Method: Manually from Ray Solomon.

[root@localhost ~]# cat /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk/version
2.14b0.5
Number of CPU: 8
RAM: 8GB
[root@localhost ~]# asterisk -rx "core show version"
Asterisk 13.29.2 built by root @ localhost.localdomain on a x86_64 running Linux

Make sure you have the the times set correctly for PHP and the voicemail server assigned in system settings

We checked both of the time settings and these look good.

Timezone in php.ini file.

[Date]
; Defines the default timezone used by the date functions
; http://php.net/date.timezone
date.timezone = America/New_York

Timezone on server, cli...
[root@localhost ~]# date
Mon Apr 18 07:09:46 EDT 2022

Please advise further...

Yes, I do have both settings on placed.

Active Voicemail Server: 66.xx.xx.xx (My Server IP)
active asterisk server = Y

Is anything I need to taken care of to resolve it, although, thanks for your response.

1) Please verify that the Active Voicemail Server is actually a server listed under "servers" and that IP is the server's IP right at the top (presently, not merely in your memory). Fairly common to change from private to public IP and forget to change it in this VM server dropdown to match.

2) Verify that the server in question has that same IP address in /etc/astguilcient.conf as VARserver_ip => xx.xx.xx.xx

3) Verify that the server in question is functioning as a dialer with the necessary screens (screen -list) associated with dialers.

4) Verify that the server in question is ... running? Sorry. Had to. I've had a lot of clients ... 8-)

5) WHAT stats are not updating? Are any stats updating?

6) Admin->System Settings->Reports to use Slave DB ... NONE

7) Your Vicidial Version with Build (bottom left corner of almost every admin page) is required for support. It helps everyone.

8) Your installer version could be useful for this question as well. If you did not use a Vicibox installer, please post a link to the instruction set you used.
