Why is it than in ratio dialing, the actually amount of lines being dialed (as show in the real-time "Time on VDAD" report) never reaches the goal number of
agents * dial level ?
For example I have 2 agents logged in, and the campaign set to ratio dialing with a level of 6, and "available only tally" set to N. So i'd expect the dialer to constantly have 12 lines in use, and start calling another line as soon as one drops.. But instead, the "Calls being placed" in the real-time report usually hovers between 6-8, sometimes drops much lower, and occasionally spikes higher. Why isn't it constant at 12?
I tried checking in the AST_VDautodial.pl script but haven't yet been able to figure it out..
