Server reboot issue

Hello Team

We have cluster setup like this

1 DB server (AMD Epyc 7313 - 16c/ 32 t - 3GHz / 3.7GHz -- 64 GB -- 4 x 960 GB SSD SATA Hard RAID)
2 Web + Asterisk server (Intel Xeon-E 2388G - 8c/16t - 3.2GHz/4.6GHz -- 32 GB -- 2x HDD SATA 4TB Datacenter Class Soft RAID)

All works good but we have issue when the server Web + Asterisk is rebooted it went to emergency mode see the screenshot shared below.

Can anyone let me know what is wrong and how we can overcome this.

Yes I tried that but it stuck on same screen can't go back.

Sometimes you can boot from an installation .iso or recovery .iso and grab the information from the server before "starting over completely", but this is generally the result of a dead HD. Great reason for Good Backups OFF the server (FTP push the backup set every night with the Vicidial Backup Script!).
