I have configured user only call back. I am facing an issue, where the call-back is landing to different user not the user who created the call back.
can any help hot to make sure call-backs are triggered to user who created it.

Where can agent view their call-backs ?

depends how u set your callbacks up, but using the blink red is what i use, tthen there is a link on agent screen with callbacks as they come

Still my call-backs are assigned to any one even after chaining the above mentioned settings
