Problem with symbol "?"

Hallo All, when i'm in the agent interface,then i click in the botton resume to begin the dialing, i have allways the symbol ? in the field "first name" and "address1".
what is the solution to Resolve this problem.

Hi

when you resume at client end

that means you are in autodial mode

check the campaign settings

set campaign for manual dial first and test, then move to Auto dial
