even iam dialing 10agents

i have downloaded the SVN

Asterisk SVN-branch-1.2-r64603M

and other problems i observed is some other problems

1. in the aterisk cli

May 30 00:46:57 WARNING[2840]: channel.c:785 channel_find_locked: Avoided deadlock for '0x8b2f50', 10 retries!

2. call connecting taking lot of time, iam doing manual dial
iam using SIP, connecting to SER (sipexpress Router)

3. even though call shows Live, still iam not able to hear anything
its silence

Since I have not used SER in quite a while, I'm not sure if that could be causing the problem or not, but I would suggest trying it without SER to see if that changes anything for the better.
