I would recommend you try the 2.1 branch of Viciphone (
https://github.com/ccabrerar/ViciPhone/tree/v2.1) which as of now has the most features and bug fixes.
BTW, LAGGED status has nothing to do with Viciphone. LAGGED means your agent is experiencing web connection issues (ej. HTTP/HTTPS), and as such is not reaching the server on time. This can be due to poor network conditions, agent switching to another tab/window, or congestion in the webserver on Vicidial's end.
After Viciphone's code is served, it's a direct browser to Asterisk connection.
