VDAD is not recording AA Status
Posted: Fri Sep 04, 2020 7:07 amHi. when we're doing a predictive dial, VDAD is not disposing answering machine as AA instead it's handing it over to the agent. Routing Extension is set to 8369. Thanks in advance.
