Hi guys anyone can help my Quick trasnfer button , transfer button are all not working suddenly, meaning i cant click them they seems disable tried with multiple campaign still the same please any idea on this.? when im on LIve call the transfer button is not clickable looks disable only the hangup button i can click, then there is no LIve call display on the right side and time seconds running but im already talking live on the phone.

If you upgraded or reinstalled, this usually indicates an Asterisk Mismatch in the live system or during the installation (which grabs the sample asterisk conf files). Note that the Asterisk Version must be a literal match for one offered in the perl install.pl script. If that script has an option for "11.X" you can't use "11" or "11.", you must use "11.X". This value is stored in /etc/astguiclient.conf and requires re-intall.pl'ing with "include sample conf files" switch to properly match the configuration files to the asterisk version. If the asterisk version in admin->servers does not match the running asterisk, this can be related as well. That may also require a reboot if you change it, but not likely a reinstall.
