Manual Dial and Transfer issues

We have been running a campaign for a few months without issue, however the other day we started to have issues with some agents not being able to transfer a call if they had manually dialed the number. Also, in the Agent Real Time screen, it shows the MANUAL calls as "white" and not purple as the others. And the agents are telling me this is is happening with CALLBACKs.
