Single Server - i5 9th Gen - 16GB Ram - 1TB SSD - No other software/Hardware - 5 agents

When i start up the server, the server hangs at "a start job is running for NTP server" and after a few mins it loads.

When i run

vicibox9:~ # ntpdate -u pool.ntp.org

If 'ntpdate' is not a typo you can use command-not-found to lookup the package that contains it, like this:
cnf ntpdate

My agents are able to dial(we on manual dial) but no dialable leads show on real time or the hopper, could this be related?

you can use YAST to set the timezone and sync it
