Hi Team,

I have a question which is i want to retrieve back the recording after i increase the duration of recording limit 60 to 180 minutes in servers level.
Is it possible we can retrieve and generate back the recording according to duration talking to the customer?

you mean going back to old recordings that were recorded for 60 minutes and now that youve changed the time to 180, listening to 180 minutes instead of 60? If that is your question, the answer is no.
