Hangup Customer Not enabled on agent screen

Hi,
I installed new vici dialer server in scratch method with the below configuration.

Os --Debian 9
Asterisk-- 13.29.2-vici
Astguiclient- trunk svn checkout 2.14b0.5
php-7.0
apache2

All working fine.We are using manual dial only.In agent screen after dialing the call the "hangup Customer" button not enable to disconnect the call.

Even the customer hangup the call it shows "call hangup " on the agent screen.

I tried with "Disabled disposition and hotkeys" option also.It won't worked for me.

For next call I refresh the browser and login again.

are you using the "Phone Number" option towards the top when you manual dial or "Dial Override" towards the bottom? Use the one up top....and p.s. > Astguiclient- trunk svn checkout 2.14b0.5 this isnt the svn version, its the build, your svn version is most likely 3235 or something close

I am using top of the manual dial.Even i tried dial override call got hangup but not update on relatime screen

Both are same result.SVN version 3234.Yesterday i installed ths server

sudo svn checkout svn://svn.eflo.net:3690/agc_2-X/trunk

hmmm, i have a server with the same svn and build and i am unable to replicate that issue, check in your campaign settings towwards the bottom and check: Manual Dial Override: Allow_All and below that Manual Dial Override Field: enabled(this shouldnt matter but just in case). Other than that i wouldn't be sure where to check, i just go thru the settings and i know what to enable or disable to make it work, worse case scenario click the little "?" next to each field and read what they do if u think it may have anything to do with buttons or manual dialing until someone else replies with the corrct answer
