Calls slow to route to agent
Posted: Mon Apr 20, 2020 2:00 pmAnyone have any ideas on speeding up the inbound routing of a call to an agent? I checked and didnt see any load on the DB or any queries waiting to be fulfilled.

Posted: Mon Apr 20, 2020 3:09 pmCheck the actual queries that are being run in the asterisk screen(with AGI Output on the server set to BOTH) and that will tell you what those calls are waiting for.
