I am facing a problem that i have never seen :

It makes a beep sound all the time and the operator need to close and re-open again so the sound will go.
I don't know what this is and what is causing this.
Does anyone know how to fix it.

Your logs shows DTMF activity I made a research about this issue and it could be possible DTMF Talk-off. What it is the model of your phones assuming agents are using Physical Phones, also try tweaking some DTMF setting on you SIP conf

They are using eyeBeam.
I checked now the sip.conf file and the DTMF settings are as below:
relaxdtmf=yes
dtmfmode = rfc2833
The beep sound isn't happening to often but it's happening sometimes ,and i really need to fix it.
