Hi guys i have problem where on realtime Report the status is on DEADCALL, but on the agent involve, he already disposition the call and on ready mode but no calls are coming at all coz the status on realtime does not change still on deadcall, any idea why is this happening.???

Have you tried to make a DB check in case some table need to be repaired?

The agent's browser likely lost contact with the web server. However, he should not be able to get to READY without the server knowing it (Are you sure your real time screen isn't just set to 40 seconds instead of 4 seconds and simply hasn't refreshed yet? ). I'd put a video camera on that agent and see what he's doing oddly compared to the others.

Perhaps have a look at his javascript console for errors, too.

However: I see you have a scratch install on Ubuntu, but have not shared a link to your installation method. This could very well be an installation related problem.

Have you considered installing from the Vicibox .iso installer?

Is this system virtual? (Virtualbox, Cloud-hosted, VMWare, Proxmox, Xen?)
