Inbound call hangs up

I have a issue with the inbound calls. I have add evrything like in the manual. The call is coming in but then hangs up directly if the agent is ready.

I see your sytem run the agi-VDAD_ALL_inbound.agi script , after the calls should be sent to the closers that are logged. But it just hnagup the call after playing music on hold. Can you post your DID setup

Hi, when the agent is paused the caller stays in queue but when the agent go´s active it hangups directly.

Dont know if I might be wrong but it looks you re sending calls to a chat ingroup, I havent use chat feature, but I think if you re going to send inbound calls they should go to a regular ingroup

Very true. It's a common failure to route the DID to a location that can't possibly accept the call (or even to fail to configure that route entirely, I've seen many instances of routing to ingroup but without even choosing an ingroup).

Dont work with a ingroup selected. Also this settings works fine on a fresh install
