We experience a random Drop calls sometimes. At least 3 times a day. Do you think the problem was on SIP ALG on router? Is it safe to turn off in terms of the security from the www.

SIP ALG purpose is to allow initial audio connection by taking into consideration that the signalling is on a different port and may be on a different IP address. Once connected, however, it shouldn't have any effect.

Safe to turn off? Certainly. It may break functionality or it may fix something. Just don't change anything else, and be sure to test thoroughly and turn it back on if you did break something.

EVERY router is different. The SIP alg is also different between manufacturers. I've had many situations where it needed to be turned off. And many situations where it needed to be turned ON. Thus testing is required to find out if this one is a good witch or a bad witch. 8-)
