Filter - Campaign with multiple list

Good day,

I am not good at SQL and been trying to research the whole about filters and looking for samples. We have an outbound campaign with 2 separate lists assigned to it.

We need to apply dialing filter to dial a particular list only between 2pm - 5pm eastern, 1 hour retry.

If anyone can point me to the right direction on when to start.

Use the "Local Call Time" setting on the LIST which will override the Local Call Time on the campaign and apply it only to that list.
