Chat permissions and lists

Is there a setup to:
enable agent/manager chat but remove tab "customer chat"? No big deal but confusing for some agents.
allow agents to chat with manager, but not with each other?
I want to broadcast the messages to the agents by sql injection in to vicidial_manager_chat_log, but the ability of agents talking to each other is a no go for a customer, so for now I am stuck with sending an email messages.

And is there a way to paginate lists screen or showing only active lists? I have a customer with 14000+ lists.

You can control which agents each agent can chat with by using the User Group settings for Allowed Chat Groups.

The Customer Chat button and Internal Chat button are both activated when chat is enabled, there currently is no configuration to only turn one of them on.
