Pre-configured

I'm kinda new in here, i have been reading guides and video tutorial about vicidial, but still haven't finished configuring mine
i wanted to present this for my system analysis development of modern telephony and its systematic process of communication.
My question is, Is it possible to run this using DHCP reservation? i have tried configuring it on a static IP but it doesn't give me connection and i cannot ping
i'm using
vicibox v7 from vicibox.iso | with suse42.1 | vici-express
