I can't seem to reach viciwiki.com It seems to be having database issues. Does anyone have the Step-by-Step for installing Dynamic Good Guys? Thanks!

I am trying to access http://viciwiki.com/index.php/DGG but it returns "This site can’t be reached".

Is there any other webpage where I can find instructions to install DGG.

Use a VPN or move to an IP address range that has not offended the webmaster. She locks out IP ranges that annoy her in (any) fashion. I'd say "publish your IP address and we'll unlock it", but honestly, she wouldn't do that unless you were a customer. When an IP outside the USA offends her, she just cuts it off.
