how to configure polycom phone sound point ip335
Posted: Tue Jul 18, 2017 7:21 ami have setuped a survery campaign in vicidial , which plays an ivr and when a caller press 1 its directed to a defined number of agents like 8001 8002 etc,
the problem i am having is that when i login those phone over softphone like eyebeam etc it work fine and calls come in smoothly, but when configure those on polycom sound point ip 335, and run a campaign it always says extensions 8001 unavailable, can somebody please guide me how to configure the phones over polycom ip phone please?
