We have 5 Asterisk cluster, created extensions on all and the aliases. I just noticed in Admin/System Settings the item Generate Cross-Server Phone Extensions. We never did this. If I set it to 1 now and apply, is it going to blow something up? I know, I know, NEWB question. Just scared to do it.

It will allow a phone extension on one server call a phone extension on another server using the "dialplan number", that's all it does. Although, if you have duplicate dialplan numbers, then it may cause issues.
