Hi,

I have upgraded the vicidial SVN from 2.8 to 2.14-620a and everything was working fine. But when I deploy Sound board. I'm getting below error instead of playing the audio file.

Can you help me how to fix that and get the audio played.

Can any one help me on this issue?

What Asterisk version are you using?

Asterisk 1.8

How did you install Vicidial originally?

What OS and version are you running?

Its done through Go Autodial 3.3

We don't really support CentOS systems like GoAutoDial. Also, there may be an issue with GoAutoDial's fixed firewall that does not allow the new IAX port to pass through.
