Custom field issues

Good day,
i've created some custom field to a specific list.
When I log in in the campaign, if' I'm not in call and i'm going to the "form page" I can't see nothing (only a light orange page) and if I'm return to the "script page" I can see again only a light orange page.

If I'm in call and I go to the form page I can see the custom fields but when I return to the script page I see the light orange page. Even if I click "refresh" I can't see the customer data.
