CommPeak Carrier conf

Postby davide.filippi » Wed May 24, 2017 11:01 am

Hi all
I've set up a trunk for CommPeak as below:

[CommPeak]
username=xxxxxxx
secret=yyyyyyy
disallow=all
allow=alaw
host=zzzzzzz
dtmfmode=rfc2833
qualify=120000
call-limit=100
nat=yes
context=default
insecure=very
port=5060
type=peer

The extensions are
exten => _20039[03]Z.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _20039[03]Z.,n,Dial(SIP/CommPeak/${EXTEN:3},,Tto)
exten => _20039[03]Z.,n,Hangup()

exten => _20139[03]Z.,1,Dial(SIP/CommPeak/${EXTEN:3},,Tto)
exten => _20139[03]Z.,n,Goto(s-${DIALSTATUS},1)
exten => s-FAILED,1,Playback(failed)
exten => s-FAILED,n,Hangup()
exten => s-CANCEL,1,Playback(failed)
exten => s-CANCEL,n,Hangup()
exten => s-BUSY,1,Playback(busy)
exten => s-BUSY,n,Hangup()
exten => s-CHANUNAVAIL,1,Playback(failed)
exten => s-CHANUNAVAIL,n,Hangup()
exten => s-CONGESTION,1,Playback(failed)
exten => s-CONGESTION,n,Hangup()
exten => _20139[03]Z.,n,Hangup()

where exten 200 is used for predictive and 201 for manual.
If I work in manual it works fine but if I work in predictive the called party ring but the agent don't get the call. Also, I've noticed that when my phone ring, it hangup after few seconds.

Any help would be appreciated
