Error Calls

Hi,

I am presenting a problem with calls for 2 days here, when an agent receives a call in the automatic the call starts a ringing again, as if dialing again, normally when the dialer sends a call the agent is because the client Ya I answer it, but in this case it sounds and sounds and nothing happens, nobody answers, it is happening with all the calls.

I need to help please.

Have you tried a different carrier?

Yes, i have 3 carries and i try with the others

I think you're a victim of FAS. It could be end point issue as well. Try calling with ATT or Verizon or Skype.
