Hi all.
Is there a way to override the limit of 43200 (12 h)?
Italian normative say that the dropped calls must be retrieved after 5 days (432000 seconds).

Also, because an agent can dispo to a previous hangup call, I need to set a status "mute". How can I set the attempt delay to this status at 5 days?

Lead Recycling is not designed to work past 12 hours. If you need to recall leads after 5 days, then you should use Filters.

Just for this purpose Vicidial has one special setting. Under Campaign Main -> (Campaign detail view) -> Drop Lockout Time -> "Hours"

Drop Lockout Time -This is a number of hours that DROP abandon calls will be prevented from being dialed, to disable set to 0. This setting is very useful in countries like the UK where there are regulations preventing the attempted calling of customers within 72 hours of an Abandon, or DROP. Default is 0.
