Hotkey, LTMG or XFTAMM, requires disposition

Using hotkey LTMG or XFTAMM the hot key is now requiring a status on the dispo screen to be picked after the hotkey is selected. Which is different from any other hotkey system defined or campaign defined.

Right around 13795 to 13985 covers this hotkey section for these two statuses
At line 13980 looks like a few lines were commented out, not sure where to take this quite yet.

Anyone solve this one yet, or is this a bug? I checked Mantis with no bug report open on the item hotkey or LTMG or XFTAMM
