Want to install Sangoma GSM w400 module

I am using vicibox with SuSe 42.1 asterisk 11
I want to install Sangoma GSM W400 module for making outbound calls with GSM network, I download its tar xfz libwat-2.1-current.tgz but did not find cmake make or make install files in build folder.
Its installation method is here but through this I am unable to install its driver through this procedure can some one guide me.

Libwat patching for asterisk is also required for installing module can I installed it on vicibox?
