Is there such a configuration, when a subscriber calls to the operator (autodial or incoming line), the call is automatically redirected to the agent, who was talking to this caller, if the caller is calling a second time or if his number is in the lead, met for the second time.

For example (need this setting):
Autodial: 00112233 -> agent 1
Incoming: 00112233 -> Redirect to the agent 1
Autodial (duplicate phone numbers in lead): 00112233 -> Redirect to the agent 1
That is, if the same phone number is calling on the incoming line or the system calls through a call-back, then forward this number to the agent who dealt with this party last time.

There are options?

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) As far as I know there's no option in Vicidial for this. But it would be possible to build a script/add-on that would do it. You should check the latest manual just in case.

Filter URL DID Redirect -If the Filter Inbound Number field is set to URL then this setting allows the URL response to specify a system DID to redirect the call to insead of using the default action. If a 0 is returned then the default action is used. If anything other than a 0 is returned then the call will be redirected to the resulting URL response value.


With this setting and a php script that checks previous calls, the result of the script could be a DID pointed to the previous agent's phone or an Ingroup specific to that agent. If you use the Ingroup to that agent method, the no agent no calls setting could send the call to the general queue if the agent is not available or the drop call seconds could send the call to the general queue doesn't answer in time.

What should I specify in the "Filter URL DID Redirect" field?
Can I show an example?

Is there the same option for Autodial?
That is, if the same phone number is found in the database, then it recovers to the agent who already talked with such a number.

Have you looked this feature up in the Vicidial Manager's Manual?

Are you saying that this topic is not in the Vicidial Manager's Manual? I find that hard to believe.
