Posted: Fri Sep 23, 2016 10:24 pmVicidial use Asterisk as the PBX engine so you can use Mixmonitor() application to record the calls, Also in the campaing settings and ingroups you have options to record the calls

Is the softphone used by agent in logging in? Then it is on the Campaign Settings.
If the softphone is functioning as a standalone extension then you can re-visit below thread.
