Preload ISO 4.03 64bit
I have the manual, and cannot seem to figure out how to:
Have the system anonymously transfer a lead preventing 'sweet heart deals"
Once the FrontAgent receives a predictive call and has qualified the prospect as a hot lead I want
to have the frontAgent 3way into an inbound callgroup that assigns the new prospect to
the 'best' closer based on successful sales.
Is it possible to have an entire inbound call group show up as a transfer destination with these features?
I am grateful for this community.
