SIP account on remote machine if using SIP trunks ????

i am installing a new system
previously i installed vicidial on a running asterisk where users were mannualy dialing
and this was there in sip trunk
;register => 56281641341x:56281641341x:9989xx@sipnt.go2call.com
now when i am making a new asterisk
my minutes provider has provided me the user name, pass word, and his server IP, i want to know that is info is to provided by him
and what dose it mean.
i am using softphone with zaptel and ztdummy. this is the same setup
as the first one in the same co
the person who instelled asterisk on previous machine is left the co
and cant be contacted
help me with this

This info is usually provided by your VOIP Gateway Service Provider, also, this info or account is usually for loging-in/registering your SIP/IAX account, which is usually used as Asterisk's Trunk/Trunklines.
