Today I had an Agent sitting on Pause inside a campaign. Somehow a customer was sent to him while in Pause mode. After dispositioning the customer as a Lead we went back to try to find the recording and it was not there.

Under the Lead Lookup for the phone number the lead results showed:

Code: Select all
# LEAD ID STATUS VENDOR ID LAST AGENT LIST ID PHONE NAME CITY SECURITY LAST CALL
1 234675 NEW  VDAD 19 9416521521 Paul Lastname San Phillipe  2006-08-21 16:07:49

Once I clicked on that lead the call results showed:

Code: Select all
CALLS TO THIS LEAD: DATE/TIME  LENGTH STATUS TSR CAMPAIGN LIST LEAD
2006-08-21 16:08:03  QUEUE VDAD  1002   234675

Wierd that VDAD shows up as the agent this is some sort of bug that I havent been able to reproduce any ideas for what I can look into?

I have never seen that before, was the agent in PAUSED status or had they just closed their web browser?

It is possible if an agent is READY and just closes their web browser that they could receive a call within a few seconds.

If vicidial.php is not in READY(RESUME) mode it will not be looking for a call to come in so the user ID will not change from VDAD which is the user ID of the automated dialer when the call is originated.

The user was in PAUSE mode for like 4 minutes when this had happened. They didnt close their or anything it was very abnormal. I'll keep an eye on it and see if it happens again.
