When an Agent is in live call and he wishes to make a "Dial with customer" o "Dial with customer park" (Im using spanish version), vicidial uses another conference (1234) or (4567) if the first is busy (I guess...)
My question: What will happen when 3 or more agents decide to make a "dial with customer" or "Dial with customer park".
Should I create more conferences???

that is not true. You are already in a conference when you login to VICIDIAL so creating another conference is not needed. the only time a new conference is needed is when you leave 3-way call.
