Unable to dial

I configured vicidial according to the post
"VICIDIALforum/viewtopic.php?t=7449"
after all when i dial the no it giving the error in asterisk cli as follows

try these changes in ur sip entry and reload

from user=92424 to fromuser=92424 "no spaces between from and user"
insecure=invite

and also go to sip.conf and put your public ip in externip

ie externip=yourpublicipip.

after doing above changes go to the asterisk cli and type sip reload.
after that check the calls.
make sure the number which you are dialling should match your dialplan pattern ie:001NXXNXXXXXX
