3 way calling problem

Vicibox 3.1.15 from .iso | Vicidial 2.4-340a Build 111006-1403 | Asterisk 1.4.38-vici | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 760 @ 2.80GHz

Here is the problem when an agent makes a 3 way call, but he makes a mistake with the number to be dial and he hangup the call in order to make the right call the system do not let him make another call just one so how can I do to configure the system to let him make more calls in 3 way calling

explain what you mean by:

the system do not let him make another call

also describe the exact method used to make and hang up the other calls involved (exact, button by button).

Ok to hang up the call the agent press the hang up transfer line button and once that the agent press that button he/she cannot make another 3 way call
