Pls Help with Timecheck not executing transfer to extension

Excuse me if i miss something. First week with vicidial and have never done this before, no linux background either.

A contractor refuses to complete project. We had a main _ivr callMenu that upon timecheck would transfer to an outside extension. This worked for 2 days. The box crashed and when we rebooted it has not completed this portion since. The gui looks fairly straight forward and i have set it as simple as possible.
time is 8 am to 8pm and timecheck is on, if timecheck then xfer to outside line. below is the line from the extensions-asterisk.conf
