I'm following the manual to load leads but I keep on getting :

This campaign has 0 leads to be dialed in those lists

This means your problem is NOT related to the hopper. The hopper can only load available leads.

There is a reason your leads are not available .. some possibilities are:

1) Call times. Set to 24 hours to test this.

2) Filters. Remove any filter on the campaign.

3) Dial Status: check that there is at least ONE dialable status for the campaign and that there is at least ONE lead WITH that status in the ACTIVE list.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build
