inbound call problem

Hi

I have setup inbound for the calls come in

I have created the inbound closed campaign

added the users to the campaign

iam the only agent in that campaign

when iam talking on inbound call, if another call coming in to inbound campaign, iam getting beeps on my Phone
its distrubing lot.. how can i hang up the call after some seconds
if the call is not picked up or no agent available.

another thing, when iam on campaign, call directly coming in to line
with out any information, is there any option i can pick up the call
or reject the call, so that its go to another available agent, than directly connecting


any suggestions
