I am facing the same problem as Mr.SyedSajjad is facing..
The manual dialing works fine by clicking "Dial Next Number". But when I select Ratio or any Adapt option. The agent doesn't have any contact detail in vicidial.php interface. On the CLI it show dialing the numbers and answered. But that answered contacts are not forwarded to the agents logged in and no information of contact on vicidial.php. I am using SIP trunks.

... and the otherend customer is recieving the call but after some time it is disconnecting (hangup) call is being not transfered to the agent logged in.


... I noticed in the agiout logs the mysql queries are not successful because of campaing_id='' (blank) so I tried
putting predefined value of my particual test campaign, then the call is transferred to agent and the customer and
agent were able to do a comfortable conversation, but in these case also customer info is not being displayed in agents
interface, however agent is able to hangup the call with proper feedback.

Try any other Linux distro than CentOS. This seems to be a problem people are having with CentOS only.

Your CallerID is fine.
Your call_log entries seem fine.
You Asterisk CLI and agiout output looks fine.

Try another Linux distro and see if that helps you.

Yeh centos can be pain . I am new to this stuff and just got same problem .. i compiled asterisk-perl 0.08 and installed ... restarted and did change for sip-silence playback in transfer extension .. now its working fine . If you used cpan then it installed asterisk-perl 0.09 from cpan i guess
