Automatically adjust dial level

Postby wjohnson133 » Wed Apr 24, 2024 9:04 am

Hi everybody,

I was wondering if I there is any out of the box configuration that would allow me to do the following:

Put ratio mode audodial level of 2

If there is a dropped call auto adjust dial level to 1 and when calling back dropped calls one at a time and then switch back to autodial level of 2.

MOJO seems to use vicidial as it's backend and has this feature.
Architecture: x86_64 CPU(s): 2 CPU family: 15 Model: 6
Model name: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20GHz
Linux version 4.1.39-56-default (geeko@buildhost) (gcc version 4.8.5 (SUSE Linux) )
VICIDIAL VERSION: 2.14-831a BUILD: 211012-0934

its adapt method which is "predictive" but it really only works well if you have at the very least 5 agents, preferrably 7-8 or more, check out this article:
