Try installing the repo for it and installing it with zypper
zypper ar https://mirrorcache-us.opensuse.org/rep ... cibox.repo
zypper ref
zypper in vicibox*
zypper ar https://mirrorcache-us.opensuse.org/rep ... cibox.repo
zypper ref
zypper in vicibox*
