Custom dispositions not showing in modify Leads

Hi,

I have ViciBox v.8.0.1 installed
VERSION: 2.14-667a
BUILD: 180331-1715

I have configured custom dispositions in Campaign. Agents can view and dispose properly however those custom dispositions are not being showed to quality agents or supervisors when they try to change by going in modify leads from user stats.

I was reading manager's manual but didn't find anything about status not showing in modify leads....Can anyone guide me how to change dispositions?

The Modify Lead page will only display the campaign statuses belonging to the campaign of the list that the lead you are modifying is in. Check to see the list that the lead you are modifying is in, and then check that it is in the campaign with the campaign statuses that you added. Also, the statuses must be SELECTABLE = Y to show up in the list of status options.

Both the agent and admin / quality person are in same campaign and in same ingroup. please see the image

What matters is what list the lead is in, not the users viewing the modify page.
