Your request is still too vague. You have given no explanation as to why the existing User settings are insufficient for what you want to do.

set up a user group 1 ...a user group 2

user group 1 handels ingroup 1 - 5

user group 2 handels ingroup 6 - 10

this is standerd settings

atm you have a choice of ither agent or admin or all above ..... once you add in a new user group agent 2 that option will show up in you inbound settings

all this info and more is in the user manural

There is really no quick way to do that, but it can be done on a per-user basis. Adding the ability to do something like what you request on a per User Group basis would be a rather significant project, but I'm sure it could be added.

The italian normative ask to avoid mute calls, so I've set that the calls in queue have passed to inbound group and start a music on hold.
We have several campaigns and I want to avoid that agents logged in a specified campaign can talk with customers of another campaign.
So I want to create an inbound group for each outbound campaign.
As you can understand, put each agents in several ingroup one by one is a little bit time expensive, so if there is a way to assign entire several user groups in several ingroup would be great

On the in-group modification screen, you do have the ability to assign multiple users to that in-group all at once.
