When Remote Agents Login - We experience either dropped calls or sometimes only 1 party is able to hear the other side. We are experiencing this problem 90% of the time when Remote Agents log in and have the inbound calls go to regular PSTN DIDs. This used to work fine...we used it for a few weeks without any issues.
We don't have this problem when agents log in thru agc/vicidial.php.
What could be causing this?

Are you using SIP or IAX at all?
What is the loadavg of your server when this happens?
Are there any NOTICEs, WARNINGs or ERRORs on your Asterisk CLI?
Does this happen with only one remote agent logged in?
